Donovan Ballantyne, AIA NCARB , the owner of Rostrata Architecture & Interior Design was the Design Director for Station Casinos and managed the design and construction of this development.

Durango was the catalyst for Donovan starting Rostrata. With a two-year construction schedule and an incomplete design set, there were many costly lessons from this project that Rostrata clients will benefit from avoiding. After being tasked with resolving every issue that arose, he decided to start a firm focused on building a system that provides all parties with simplicity and clarity to execute at a high level.
