We are seeking Senior Interior Designers with 5-10 years professional experience, preferably in Luxury Residential or Hospitality Interior Design. Successful candidates will collaborate directly with the owner and an energetic design team on world class Residential & Hospitality projects.

Qualifications

Expert designer with willingness to learn all aspects of the profession.
Excellent eye for composition, color, materials and strong graphic skills
Good Rhino skills (scripting not required)
Good REVIT skills and experience drawing and assembling drawing sets
Ability to write well written specifications and source materials & furniture
Ability to organize complex buildings according to functional and technical requirements
Excellent Photoshop/ InDesign layout skills
Professional licensure preferred
Preexisting authorization to work in the USA

Expert Architect with willingness to learn all aspects of the profession
Excellent eye for details and ability to coordinate with all of the various consultants
Understanding of Entitlement & Zoning Requirements and processes
Understanding of Building Codes, ADA, & Building Department requirements.
Good Rhino skills (scripting not required)
Excellent REVIT & CAD skills and experience drawing and assembling drawing sets
Ability to organize complex buildings according to functional and technical requirements
Good InDesign skills
Professional licensure preferred
