Mijo will offer a progressive menu where prime meats, fresh whole fish, decadent desserts, and elevated street food favorites are presented with an unconventional twist. Guests can explore Mexico’s most beloved spirits with Mijo’s one-of-a-kind tequila and mezcal program guided by “catadores,” also known as tequila experts, in addition to tequila lockers that hold hidden gems. Inspired by the storied history and natural beauty found throughout Mexico, multiple rooms and an outdoor patio surrounded by lush greenery set the backdrop for Mijo’s alluring atmosphere, transporting guests to different parts of the country.
