Currently under construction the Sync on Canoga is a 220 Unit apartment building located directly across from the orange line station on Canoga Ave. & Gault Street in Canoga Park, CA. The project is 4 stories of type VA - 1 bd apartment units over a 1 story type IA parking structure with amenities. This project takes advantage of TOC development opportunities. Rostrata’s Founder Donovan Ballantyne’s Role in this project was as the Lead Designer & Architect from which he lead this project from Concept through Construction Documents while working for VTBS Architects.
