The proposed project is located in the Warner Center District of Woodland Hills on Variel Avenue between Oxnard Street and Erwin Street. The project was designed as a 5-story apartment building that contains 263 units over a 2-Story parking structure and 11 Live/work units with an additional story of parking below grade. Rostrata’s Founder Donovan Ballantyne’s Role was as the Lead Designer & Architect from Concept through Design Development.
