La Presna Apartments consists of 109 Affordable Housing units located just south of Downtown Los Angeles at 200 E. Washington Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90015. Rostrata’s Founder Donovan Ballantyne, AIA NCARB Lead this project from design all the way through construction while working with VTBS Architects.
